3. Website access and server logs
When you access the website, technically necessary access data is processed, in particular IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume transferred and browser information. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Contacting us
If you contact me by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Customer account and registration
An account is required in order to book a package. Name, email address and a password you choose are processed; the password is stored only as a cryptographic hash. A time-limited confirmation link is sent to verify your email address. To prevent abuse, the IP address is used during registration only in shortened, hashed form for short-term rate limiting. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
6. Orders and payment
When you place an order, the data required for the contract is processed, in particular name, billing address, email address, booked package, order and payment data, and the documented consent to begin performance early. Payment is handled by the payment service provider selected during checkout, to whom the necessary data is transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for tax retention, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
7. Platform services
Once a package is activated, account data is passed to the central identity management so that Nextcloud, Matrix/Element, Jitsi Meet and the support system can be used. Content you store in these services is processed solely to provide the respective service.
8. Cookies
The website uses technically necessary cookies, in particular for login, shopping cart and checkout. No evaluation for advertising purposes and no third-party tracking takes place.
9. Hosting and infrastructure
The website and the platform services run on our own rented server infrastructure in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the data centre operator. Email is sent via an external mail provider.
10. Encryption
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS), recognisable by “https://” in the address bar.
11. Retention
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies. Statutory retention periods of up to ten years apply to contract and invoice data. Account data is deleted after a reasonable period once the contract has ended.
12. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing. An informal email to reio@f-solution.eu is sufficient.
13. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
14. Status
This privacy policy is updated whenever services or processing operations change.
